  2. Standardize Radii: It is best to maintain standardized drill bit sizes for internal corners to avoid the additional expense of changing drill bits frequently.
  3. Consider Surface Finishing: Aluminum responds well to anodizing. If you require clear anodized for durability or color anodized for appearance, be prepared for a thickness variation of 0.01mm-0.02mm.
